The Mission of Prosperity Care Services LLC

Our company is composed of young, experienced men and women who are dedicated to serving individuals young or elderly. We have been in practice for 14 years.

Our mission is to vigorously monitor our program in order to witness growth and positive changes in the lives of the people we serve.

Our group is committed to the teamwork necessary to fulfill our mission of supporting, instructing, and helping individuals reach greater goals.

We create an environment that allows the consumers to view our team as their family. Our greatest expectation is to bring all consumers to the point where they feel hopeful, protected, and secure within the environment we create.

Trusted Transportation Services

Prosperity Care Services LLC offers transportation services under the Level I Waiver in accordance with the individual’s ISP.
Whenever possible, family, neighbors, friends, or community agencies, which can provide this service without charge, will be utilized.

“Transportation” As Defined By ODDD (Ohio Department of Development Disability)

It means a service offered in order to enable individuals served on the waiver to gain access to the waiver and other community services, activities, and resources that are specified by the plan of care.
